The Village Shops, Southington CT

The Village Shops includes over 70,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space in 4 buildings. Eaglebrook was the owner’s representative throughout permitting and construction. In addition to preparing site design documents, Eaglebrook managed the bidding process, construction administration for site and building construction, offsite roadway improvements, and performed inspections for stormwater runoff compliance with CTDEP for the duration of the retail development. Slated for completion in 2017, the Village Shops is the second phase of a 400,000 square foot commercial retail project that our staff has worked on for nearly a decade.
