Panera Bread, Plaistow New Hampshire

Maximizing the site’s value for the owner, the Panera Bread restaurant development at Stateline Plaza in Plaistow transformed an underutilized portion of the site from a vacant gas station to a vibrant restaurant site. Situated at the front of the plaza on NH State Route 125, the pad site construction was placed in a highly visible location. Eaglebrook performed civil site design, permitting with the Town of Plaistow NH and City of Haverhill, MA and was the owner’s representative during construction. Eaglebrook managed bidding, construction administration, and building delivery to the tenant. The site construction was closely managed to maintain the two main site entrances and minimize disturbance to the existing tenants.
