Eaglebrook was contracted to provide the civil and site engineering design for permitting with the City of Malden for the construction of a new CVS/Pharmacy located on Eastern Avenue. The development posed several design and construction challenges including paying close attention to grading and landscaping since the site bordered on two roadways and adjacent developed properties; as well as designing a stormwater management system for treatment and mitigation prior to connection to the municipal storm drain system. Eaglebrook’s design also analyzed internal traffic patterns for patron parking, delivery truck swept path movements, and drive-through window circulation. Eaglebrook assisted with permitting the development with the Malden Community Development Office and the Malden Engineering Office.
