304 Cambridge St Office Complex, Woburn MA

Our Client bought an existing office building and associated parking lot located in Woburn MA that was encumbered with an electric easement and protectable resource areas. The parking lot lacked stormwater controls even though it was adjacent to an intermittent stream and bordering vegetated wetlands. As part of an overall site rehabilitation, Eaglebrook was tasked with the complex site design. Given the close proximity of the parking lot grades to the existing wetlands, Eaglebrook had to design and implement several Low Impact Development techniques, including numerous rain gardens, to provide pollutant removal from the parking lot runoff prior to discharge to the protectable resource areas.
