Eaglebrook’s staff includes Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) with significant experience in working with contractors during construction to ensure compliance with the USEPA National Pollution Discharge Elimination System for reduction of sediment in runoff from construction sites. Eaglebrook assists owners and developers with preparing a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan that meets the USEPA requirements and registering the construction site with the EPA. During construction we help protect the owner by monitoring the site for stability and effectiveness of the contractor’s erosion control and measuring the turbidity of runoff from the site as required by the USEPA.
