Eaglebrook was called in to assist the owner with environmental compliance and respond to a NH Department of Environmental Services order. After consulting with the owner, town, and NHDES, Eaglebrook was able to both respond to the N HDES order as well as design an expansion to the existing facility while balancing the requirements of the local and state environmental regulations. 35,000 square feet of reconstructed wetlands were designed to both recreate the natural stormwater management system and mitigate runoff from the automotive maintenance facility expansion. The reconstructed wetland and stormwater system has thrived, providing habitat for wildlife while managing runoff in close proximity to the busy commercial use.
