East Boston Community Development (EBCD) is a non-profit community development corporation dedicated to enhancing the life of low income residents in the Boston area. Their mission is to enhance the quality of life of low to moderate income residents through economic development. Eaglebrook worked with Michael Angelo Interbartolo, Jr, Architects with the civil engineering design, permitting and construction administration for a 32 unit multi family complex. Eaglebrook performed the site grading, stormwater design, utility design, parking layout and coordinated with the MEP engineers to address the regulatory requirements. Permitting was required through the Boston Water and Sewer Commission and the Boston Transportation Department for the utility and curb cut construction.
