North Avenue Apartment complex is a 24-unit development located near Lake Quannapowitt. Lake Quannapowit is a recreation area near the center of Wakefield for pedestrians and joggers from the local area and is a sensitive body of water from discharging stormwater flow. Eaglebrook designed and permitted the stormwater system for the roof runoff and the surface parking lot. The stormwater system consisted of deep sump catchbasins, hydrodynamic separators and infiltration systems to control the quantity and quality of the stormwater generated from the site.
