The town of Topsfield expanded the water distribution system and required a new water treatment plant to be located on town property. Eaglebrook provided land survey services to Wright-Pierce Consulting Engineers to provide topographic and planimetric detail in the areas of water distribution system. We provided survey detail along approximately 3 miles of public road through-out the town of Topsfield. In addition, an easement plan needed to be created to construct a portion of the water main on private property.
