High-Rise Building Construction, South Boston Massachusetts

Moretrench, a national geotechnical contractor, collaborated with Eaglebrook to assist them with the layout of over 100 drilled mini piles in South Boston for the construction of a high-rise hotel. The site was located adjacent to three streets and a building which required meticulous coordination given the amount of equipment needed to drill the piles. Eaglebrook provided layout of the piles but given the tight constraints could only layout a few piles at a visit. Eaglebrook was on-call to react quickly once an area was available to drill piles. As builts of the steel casings were conducted during every site visit to maintain quality control.
